Introduction:

Enzyme preparations, probiotics and other feed additives are increasingly being valued in modern livestock and poultry farming due to their safe and efficient performance. Improving production efficiency and enhancing product quality have become important demands for the large-scale production of feed additives. In response, Honggong provided targeted system design to assist customers in achieving manufacturing upgrades.

This system consists of feeding, temporary storage, transportation, metering, mixing, and packaging sections. It achieves fully automated production control through a production management system to meet the overall operational requirements of the system.

Central dust removal improves dust problems:

In this project, major raw materials such as silica and stone powder are involved, which can easily cause respiratory and lung diseases when dispersed in the air. Therefore, solving the dust problem has become one of the important requirements of the project.

According to the material packaging, the feeding is carried out using a small bag unpacking station, which is concentrated in the feeding area. The central dust collector is used for centralized dust removal to avoid dust rising during feeding.

Except for the feeding area, equipment such as temporary storage warehouses and packaging machines that are prone to dust leakage are all connected to the central dust removal system. By adjusting the wind speed and filter particle size in a targeted manner, the residual amount in the pipeline is reduced to a low level, without the need for manual cleaning of the pipeline.

Accurate measurement meets production needs:

For the requirement of small and multiple proportioning, Honggong Design adopts a multi-component suction measuring scale for stable proportioning.

By using negative pressure pneumatic conveying, materials from multiple temporary storage bins can be transported to the same multi-component suction measuring scale, eliminating the need for multiple measuring scales and saving factory space.

Process automation management:

For the enzyme preparation industry, the lower the degree of equipment automation and the more manual intervention in the production process, the greater the risk to health and safety.

The system is equipped with a production management system, which can start production with one click according to the formula, and can also be independently controlled by a separate module system. Each part can choose to be automatically controlled or manually triggered for operation, which meets the actual production needs.
