Spiral extrusion dehydrator is a device that uses physical extrusion to dehydrate, and its working principle and application scope are as follows:
Working principle of spiral extrusion dewatering machine
The spiral extrusion dewatering machine is mainly composed of a drive system, a feeding box, a spiral winch, a screen, a blocking device, a water collection tank, and a frame. After the material enters the equipment from the feeding box, it is subjected to gradually increasing pressure compression under the conveying of the spiral screw, and excess water is discharged through the sieve. The spiral auger is divided into a transmission section, a compression section, and a discharge section. The transmission section ensures that the material enters the equipment smoothly, while the compression section reduces the pitch and inner diameter of the spiral blades step by step, forming a gradually increasing pressure that forces the material volume to shrink and extract moisture. When the material enters the discharge section, the spiral screw applies axial thrust to push it out of the discharge port, while the blocking device applies reverse force to form extrusion force for two-stage dehydration.
Spiral extrusion dewatering machines are widely used in multiple industries, including but not limited to:
• Food processing: Treatment of vegetables, fruits, grains, lees, scum, sludge, etc.
Breweries and breweries: distiller's grains processing.
Pulp and paper industry: black liquor, wood pulp residue, sugarcane bagasse, screening residue, air flotation scum, settled sludge, supernatant, slurry, fiber recovery, etc.
• Manure industry: Solid liquid separation of pig, cow, chicken and various poultry manure.
Wastewater treatment: dehydration treatment of various residues, floating slag, and ash.
• Agricultural production: Solid liquid separation before and after biological treatment for biogas and bioethanol production.
• Artificial board and biomass industry: processing of fiber materials such as sawdust, sawdust, mushroom sticks, etc.
Plastic recycling: clean and dehydrated treatment.
Chemical industry: dehydration and pretreatment of powder materials, treatment of various chemical waste and wastewater.
