Daily operation precautions for fully automatic dissolving and soaking machine:

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Environmental and Installation Inspection

The equipment should be placed in a dry and dust-free environment, and the piping should be firmly fixed to prevent leakage or swinging.

Before starting, open the exhaust valve and fill it with liquid to ensure that there are no bubbles in the inlet pipe and avoid pumping in gas.

Strictly calibrate the power supply voltage and motor wiring, and strictly prohibit starting the heating function when there is no water.

2. System parameter confirmation

Check the water level and temperature stability of the water bath (e.g. 37 ± 0.5 ℃) to ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally.

The heater inside the hopper needs to be preheated, and a slight heat in the feeding tube indicates that it is functioning properly. Otherwise, maintenance is required.

2、 Operating standards during operation

1. Feeding and dissolution control

Accurately add the medication according to the formula, and the amount of dry powder added needs to be controlled by adjusting the screw speed through a frequency converter.

Immediate handling of powder shortage to avoid system shutdown and alarm due to material shortage.

The liquid medicine mixer needs to maintain a water curtain function to ensure even dispersion of the powder.

2. Process monitoring and security

Before starting the pump, confirm that the operating direction is correct to prevent equipment damage caused by reverse rotation.

Real time monitoring of liquid level: low liquid level triggers automatic water injection and dosing, high liquid level stops the process.

Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles when operating, and confirm that the protective switch (liquid level/power) is functioning properly in hazardous environments.

3、 Shutdown and maintenance

1. Cleaning and anti-corrosion

Clean the dissolving tank, pipelines, and mixer after each use, and immediately dispose of any acidic residues.

Do not use organic solvents to clean the casing, only wipe with clean water; Long term disuse requires emptying the stored water.

2. Regular maintenance

Replace the purified water in the water bath every half month and clean the pressure level gauge film every month.

Check corrosive contact parts (such as sealing rings, valves) and replace worn parts in a timely manner.

The sieve under the hopper is damaged and needs to be replaced to prevent large pieces of medication from blocking the screw or damaging the motor.

3. Pipeline and valve maintenance

The feeding pipeline should be disassembled and inspected every 20 hours to ensure that there is no powder adhesion or blockage.

If there is still water flow/chemical leakage after the solenoid valve is closed, it indicates that the valve is damaged and needs to be replaced.
