A pressure transmitter is a device that converts pressure into pneumatic or electric signals for control and remote transmission. It can convert the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, etc. sensed by pressure sensors into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mADC, etc.) to supply secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators, etc. for measurement, indication, and process adjustment. This product is widely used in various industrial automation environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemicals, oil wells, electricity, ships, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the characteristics of pressure transmitters, as follows:
1. Small size, light weight, easy installation, debugging, and use;
2. The pressure sensor directly senses the pressure of the measured liquid level, without being affected by the foaming or deposition of the medium;
3. High accuracy, high stability, using imported original sensors, good linearity, and high temperature stability;
4. Stainless steel fully enclosed shell, with good waterproofing;
5. Widely used as the tested medium, it can measure oil, water, and paste materials compatible with 316 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, and has a certain anti-corrosion ability.
