The combination of CNC electro-hydraulic valve and microcomputer can achieve infinite multi-stage regulation and control of flow rate. It is a soft piston structure electro-hydraulic valve with a wide range of adaptability and excellent constant current and multi-stage control functions.
When conducting initial debugging of the CNC electro-hydraulic valve system, please follow the following steps to ensure stable and normal operation of the CNC electro-hydraulic valve.
1. Firstly, the air in the upper chamber of the main valve piston must be released, otherwise, the valve may operate unstably or its sensitivity may decrease. Valves are installed on horizontal pipelines, usually completing several full process switches, and air can be automatically discharged from the piston chamber.
2. Confirm if the upper limit of flow in the controller is appropriate to protect the flow meter from overspeeding and avoid uninterrupted adjustment of the electro-hydraulic valve (flow regulation).
3. Before supplying power to the solenoid valve and opening the main valve, check if the manual shut-off valve is tightly closed to prevent the valve from losing control.
4. Perform a normal pause shutdown and observe the closing speed and flow stability of the valve during the multipole shutdown process.
5. If the speed and flow stability of multi pole shut-off of the main valve are acceptable, proceed to the next step. If it is not acceptable, adjust the plunger valve in the upstream hydraulic circuit (reducing the opening can slowly close the main valve and achieve better flow stability, or increasing the opening can make the main valve close faster).
6. If the ratio of the maximum pressure to the minimum pressure at the inlet of the electro-hydraulic valve at the maximum flow rate is greater than 2:1 (such as when a pump supplies several crane positions to operate at one crane position and all crane positions operate), it is impossible to achieve satisfactory valve characteristics under all operating conditions. If the inlet pressure of the electro-hydraulic valve changes too much, the number of simultaneous filling crane positions should be reduced, or a variable frequency oil pump should be used.
