1、 Cleaning standards
1. Special detergent and water temperature
Neutral detergent must be used (without bleach, fluorescent agents, or strong acidic or alkaline components), and the water temperature must be strictly controlled within 30 ℃ -40 ℃. High temperature can cause aging and failure of conductive fibers. Organic solvents or chlorine containing bleaching agents are prohibited.
2. Cleaning method
Priority should be given to gentle hand washing to avoid excessive rubbing; If machine washing requires selecting the gentle mode of the isolated purification washing machine to prevent friction damage to the conductive fibers. After cleaning, thoroughly rinse off any detergent residue.
2、 Drying and processing
1. Prohibit high temperature treatment: After cleaning, it should be naturally dried in the shade (in a ventilated and dark place). It is strictly prohibited to expose to direct sunlight, dry or iron at high temperatures in a dryer, as high temperatures can damage the anti-static coating and fiber structure.
2. Professional environment dry: It is recommended to use HEPA filter for low-temperature hot air treatment in a clean environment to avoid secondary pollution.
3、 Usage and Storage
1. Wear precautions
Do not wear metal objects, buttons must be fully fastened to avoid being in a semi detached state.
Must be worn in conjunction with anti-static shoes and taken on and off in designated changing rooms.
Regularly check the electrostatic parameters (if the charge is greater than 0.6 microcoulometers, it needs to be replaced immediately).
2. Storage requirements
After washing, hang it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid folding and compression, and prevent deformation and breakage of conductive fibers. The storage environment should be moisture-proof and mold proof.
4、 Regular maintenance and replacement
1. Performance testing: If there is static electricity induction every six months or when worn, a surface resistance tester is needed to test the performance; It is recommended to clean and test the environment (such as semiconductor workshops) daily after cleaning.
2. Life management: High quality anti-static clothing can be cleaned more than 75 times during normal maintenance, with a validity period of 1-3 years. If there is damage, fiber detachment, or failure to meet testing standards (resistance value exceeding the standard), it is necessary to replace it forcibly.
Special scenario suggestion: Areas with explosion risks (gas stations, dust workshops) or high cleanliness areas must be cleaned by professional institutions, using ultrapure water and dust-free equipment, and carrying out sorting, particle detection, vacuum packaging and other processes.
