4、 Timely replacement and adjustment of vulnerable parts
Fragile parts such as blades, conveyor belts, and tugboats need to be inspected regularly. Assess the degree of wear and tear every three months, and replace immediately if any damage or performance degradation is found to avoid sudden failures affecting production. Pay special attention to the nylon roller. If the diameter is too small or the noise is abnormal, it should be replaced as a whole to maintain the stability of the turntable. At the same time, adjust the tightness of the chain and tighten it 2-4 weeks after initial use to ensure transmission efficiency. Set a regular replacement plan to extend the overall lifespan of the equipment.

Environmental factors have a significant impact on equipment performance. Place the wrapping film machine in a place with suitable temperature and stable humidity, avoid direct sunlight or humid environment, and prevent material deterioration or mechanical corrosion. When operating, follow the manual specifications to avoid overloading or rough use. Regularly train operators to improve their skills and reduce wear and tear caused by human errors. Keep the work area clean, away from clutter, and ensure good ventilation of equipment.
6、 Software update and maintenance records
Modern winding film machines are often equipped with control software that is regularly updated to optimize performance and safety.
