The fully automatic double-sided labeling machine achieves synchronous labeling on both sides of the product through the coordination of mechanical and electrical control systems, avoiding the problems of asymmetry and low efficiency in manual labeling. It is a commonly used equipment in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical packaging industries. Understanding its workflow can standardize operations, and doing daily maintenance can reduce failures, both of which jointly ensure the quality of labeling.
1、 Core workflow of fully automatic double-sided labeling machine
1. Material loading and positioning
The products to be labeled are conveyed to the equipment by the conveyor belt, and the photoelectric sensor identifies the position of the products. The positioning mechanism fixes the products to ensure that both sides are aligned with the labeling head to avoid label deviation.
2. Label supply and stripping
The label roll is installed on the unwinding mechanism, and the conveying mechanism drives the label roll to move. The peeling plate peels the label from the bottom paper, and the sensor detects the position of the label to ensure accurate supply of each label.
3. Double sided synchronous labeling
Simultaneously approach the product with the heads on both sides, press the peeled label onto both sides of the product, and use the pressure roller to roll and compact the label to avoid bubbles or curled edges, ensuring a firm attachment.
4. Finished product testing and output
The labeled products are checked for label position and flatness by the testing module. Qualified products are transported to the next stage, while unqualified products trigger an alarm and are diverted for removal.



2、 Daily maintenance points of fully automatic double-sided labeling machine
1. Cleaning and maintenance
After daily shutdown, wipe the sticker head and peeling board with a soft cloth to remove residual label adhesive or dust; Clean the surface of the conveyor belt, remove oil stains or debris, and ensure smooth material transportation.
2. Component inspection
Check the wear of the unwinding mechanism and conveyor rollers every week, and replace them if they are severely worn; Check the sensor connection wire to ensure that the connector is secure and avoid poor contact that may affect the detection accuracy.
3. Parameter calibration
Calibrate the distance between the positioning mechanism and the sticker head according to the product specifications every month to ensure that it fits the product size; Calibrate the label detection sensor to avoid missing or overlapping labels and ensure labeling accuracy.
