1、 Daily operation and maintenance
1. Gas system inspection
Check daily whether the gas pipeline and valve connections are secure and leak free; Monitor whether the gas pressure is normal to avoid unstable combustion or flameout.
Regularly clean the carbon deposits on the burner nozzle and fire hole to ensure sufficient fuel atomization and greater combustion efficiency.
2. Water level and water quality management
Real time monitoring of water level gauge to maintain the water level within the normal range and avoid full or insufficient water; Rinse the water level gauge multiple times a day to ensure clarity and readability.
Soften the water supply to prevent the formation of scale; Clean the scale inside the furnace with descaling agents every six months to one year according to the water quality to avoid a decrease in heat transfer efficiency.
3. Temperature and pressure monitoring
Monitor the furnace and steam temperature through a thermometer, adjust the combustion intensity to maintain stable output.
Regularly verify the accuracy of the pressure gauge to ensure proper anti freezing and anti high temperature treatment, and prevent sudden impact damage.
2、 Security Attachment Maintenance
1. Maintenance of safety valve
Check the sealing and flexibility of the safety valve every month, and remove any foreign objects inside; At least once a year, send it for inspection and verification to ensure that it can open and release pressure normally under the set pressure.
2. Alarm device and interlocking system
Test the sensitivity of high and low water level alarms, maintain good sealing of the alarm, and prevent false alarms or failures.
Verify the functionality of the emergency shutdown system to ensure that fuel supply can be quickly cut off under abnormal operating conditions.
3、 Shutdown maintenance measures
1. Short term shutdown (≤ 30 days)
Adopt wet maintenance: maintain the pH value of the boiler water at ≥ 10, close all valves to isolate air and prevent metal oxidation and corrosion.
2. Long term shutdown (>30 days)
Adopt dry maintenance: drain the boiler water and dry the furnace, place desiccants (such as quicklime) in the drum and flue, seal all interfaces to prevent moisture from entering.
4、 Special maintenance of key components
1. Heat exchange system
Clean up the accumulated ash in the economizer and air preheater to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery; Check the corrosion of the water-cooled wall and promptly repair or replace it.
2. Furnace wall and insulation layer
Check the sealing of the furnace wall and the integrity of the insulation layer, repair damaged areas to reduce heat loss.
5、 Preventive Maintenance Plan
1. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans, including combustion system debugging, electrical component testing, and pressure bearing component inspection.
2. Operators need to receive regular training and strictly follow the procedures to avoid equipment malfunctions caused by misoperation.
Maintenance objective: To reduce the failure rate, extend the service life of boilers, ensure stable thermal efficiency above 85%, and ensure safe operation through systematic maintenance.
