1、 Preliminary preparation
1. Confirm whether the gas supply required for boiler operation is stable, and take timely measures to supplement gas;

3. Ensure that all components of the boiler equipment are intact and undamaged, such as pressure relief valves, safety valves, inlet and outlet valves, etc;
4. Check if the ignition system, combustion system, and control system of the boiler are functioning properly.
2、 Operation steps
1. Open the gas supply valve to ensure smooth gas supply;
2. Open the inlet and outlet valves to allow water flow through the circulation system;
3. Check the combustion system of the boiler to ensure the cleanliness of the ignition electrode and flame detection head;
4. Turn on the ignition switch or start button, and the ignition device will start working;
5. After successful ignition, the boiler will start heating the water source, and the boiler temperature will gradually increase;
6. When the temperature reaches the set value, the inlet pump will stop working and the boiler inlet valve will close;
7. When the temperature drops below the set value, the inlet pump will restart, the boiler inlet valve will open, and hot water will continue to be supplied;
8. Clean the sediment inside the boiler on time and regularly maintain the boiler;
9. After the heating season ends, close the gas supply valve and stop heating.
3、 Emergency response
1. When the boiler encounters a malfunction, the gas supply should be immediately cut off to ensure safety;
2. According to the fault code or indicator light, refer to the fault handling manual of the gas hot water boiler and find a solution;
3. If it cannot be solved by oneself, qualified maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for repair.
4、 Safety precautions
1. When operating the boiler, protective equipment should be worn, including gloves, protective goggles, etc;
2. Smoking or using open flames near the boiler is prohibited;
3. It is strictly prohibited for operators to operate boiler equipment without training or authorization;
