Safety operating procedures for fuel steam generators

The fully automatic fuel steam generator is an efficient and stable industrial steam equipment, and its dedicated control system can achieve functions such as automatic ignition, automatic adjustment of combustion state, and automatic protection. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, and food.
In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the fully automatic fuel steam generator, the following operating procedures must be followed.
1、 Preparation work before operation
Before operating the fuel vapor generator, the following preparations must be made.
1. Confirm that the working state of the fuel vapor generator is in the closed state. Before use, check the status of all relays and switches to ensure that they are in the stop position and that all parts of the system are securely connected.
2. Pay attention to the ambient temperature. There should be no flammable or explosive substances near the generator, and the influence of humidity and dust should be minimized as much as possible. During operation, the dry temperature at the operating site should not be too high or too low.
3. Prepare necessary tools and safety equipment. Operators should wear safety equipment such as protective gloves and masks, and prepare necessary tools such as wrenches, sockets, brushes, etc.
2、 Operation process
(1) Start up phase
1. Open the inlet valve. Turn to the observation window and observe whether there is water flowing into the entire system to ensure that there is no shortage of cooling water or boiler water during the start-up process.
2. Open the inlet valve of the pump and start the electric pump. After starting the electric pump, observe the pump speed and the output water flow rate of the equipment.
3. Press the ignition button. Press the start switch on the ignition button to activate the ignition system. Observe the operation status of the ignition and ignition system, and wait for the steam generator to start.
4. Operate the valve. Observe the operation of the steam system and gradually open the inlet and outlet valves to the desired pressure.
(2) Load adjustment stage
1. Adjust the gas flow rate and air flow rate. Adjust the gas flow rate and air flow rate according to the process requirements to meet the required steam output.
2. Observe the combustion state. By observing the color of the smoke and the emissions from the chimney, determine whether the combustion state is normal. If poor combustion is found, the gas and air flow should be adjusted to maintain a stable combustion state.
3. Observe system pressure and temperature. Observe the system pressure and temperature through the display screen and make adjustments as needed.
(3) Shutdown phase
1. Close the outlet valve. Close the outlet valve first, and then close the inlet valve to prevent residual water from being discharged from the boiler.
2. Close the gas valve. Close the gas valve and stop combustion.
3. Observe the condition of bacon. Observe the color and amount of smoke emitted from the bacon to confirm that the gas has been completely burned.
4. Turn off the electric pump. If cooling is required inside the generator, the drain valve in front of the observation window should be closed before turning off the electric pump.
5. Turn off the ignition system.
