The maintenance time of the drug stability test box needs to be determined based on the actual situation of the paper tube machinery equipment. The production materials and design principles of each manufacturer's paper tube machinery equipment are different, so the replacement time interval will also vary.
1. The test chamber must be placed in a shaded, ventilated, and dry place, and the distance between the equipment and the wall must not be less than 10cm.
2. When using the test chamber, it is necessary to regularly check whether there is water in the humidifier water tank.
3. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, it is not allowed to use acid, alkali or other corrosive substances to scrub the inner and outer surfaces of the box. It can be cleaned regularly with neutral detergent and wiped clean with a dry cloth.
4. The test chamber should be installed on a three pin power socket with reliable grounding to ensure normal operation and personal safety.
5. Dust and dirt on the back condenser should be cleaned every six months or so to ensure good heat dissipation conditions during machine operation.
6. When replacing a fuse, the same fuse should be replaced according to the fuse current and size requirements in the fuse label.
7. When the test chamber is not using humidification, the water stored in the humidifier should be emptied and wiped dry.
8. When the test chamber is not in use, the power should be cut off and the chamber should be kept clean and dry.
To extend the service life of the drug stability test chamber, regular and reasonable maintenance is still necessary.
