Rapid freeze-thaw test chamberIt is designed according to the national professional standard DL/T "Test Code for Sand and Gravel Aggregates of Hydraulic Concrete" and the test conditions proposed in the standard ISO10545-12:1995. This device has the characteristics of high automation, high efficiency, and can be configured with upper computer software for remote monitoring. It can automatically complete freeze-thaw cycles according to pre-set parameters. The controller is equipped with a dot Chen LCD display, Chinese operation menu, full digital and four-way navigation keys. This slow freeze-thaw test chamber has been set with different temperature curve data according to the properties of various building materials before leaving the factory. Users only need to select the corresponding curve directly when setting it up. At the same time, the system also has two sets of customizable parameter functions, which can be upgraded for other standard requirements. The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate, and the refrigeration system is entirely made of imported high-quality components. Combining our company's years of experience and technology in freeze-thaw production, this equipment has the characteristics of low noise, low energy consumption, and stable performance.
Precautions for using the rapid freeze-thaw test chamber:
1. Before starting up, check whether the unit has any unevenness, whether the power connection is proper, and add enough antifreeze. Do not start the machine without antifreeze.
2. Unit maintenance. To maintain the cleanliness and good ventilation of the computer room, regular cleaning and decontamination of the condenser should be carried out to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit. If the unit is shut down for a period of time, due to the deposition of antifreeze medium pollutants, it is easy to cause the solidification of pollutants on the impeller of the circulating pump. When starting up, the rotor of the circulating pump must be loosened first to prevent the pump impeller from not running and causing the circulating pump to burn out.
3. Unit system operation. After starting up, observe the index of the high and low pressure gauges to determine whether the unit is running normally. Generally, when the compressor is running normally, the high pressure is 14-22kg/cm3 and the low pressure is 0.8-1.5kg/cm3.
4. After work, cut off the power, keep it clean, and keep a record of instrument usage
