Nano level homogenizer, also known as "high-pressure fluid nano homogenizer", can make suspended materials flow through a special internal structure chamber (high-pressure homogenization chamber) at high speed under the action of ultra-high pressure, causing a series of changes in physical, chemical, structural properties and ultimately achieving homogenization effect.
Daily maintenance methods for nanoscale homogenizers:
1. Cleaning and disinfection
External cleaning: Use a soft cloth to wipe the body daily to avoid corrosive cleaning agents from contacting metal surfaces.
Internal cleaning: After each use, clean the pipeline with pure water or 20% ethanol to prevent residual materials from blocking or corroding the components.
Disinfection treatment: Components that come into contact with materials (such as homogenization valves and plungers) should be regularly chemically cleaned with a 3% NaOH solution, and then rinsed with purified water until neutral.
2. Maintenance of lubrication system
Oil level check: Confirm the amount of lubricating oil daily, and the oil level should be higher than the oil eye line. If the oil is emulsified or discolored, it should be replaced immediately.
Lubricant selection: Use lubricating oil of the specified model of the equipment to avoid mixing different brands or oils with different viscosities.
3. Inspection of key components
Sealing components: Regularly inspect O-rings, plunger seals, etc. If leaks or aging are found, they need to be replaced and coated with food grade grease.
Homogenization valve group: Disassemble and inspect the valve seat and impact head monthly. If the depth of wear and scratches exceeds 0.1mm, they need to be replaced.
Ceramic components: Check whether the ceramic plunger and ceramic ball are broken, and avoid knocking during installation.
4. Monitoring of operating parameters
• Pressure and temperature: The working pressure should be controlled within the rated range (such as nanometer level usually ≤ 1500bar), and the recommended feed temperature is ≤ 65 ℃ to avoid pressure fluctuations caused by vaporization.
Cooling system: Ensure smooth circulation of cooling water, water temperature ≤ 30 ℃, to prevent equipment overheating.
5. Electrical and safety maintenance
Circuit inspection: Regularly test insulation performance, tighten loose cables, and avoid short circuit risks.
• Safety device: Confirm that the emergency stop button and protective cover are functioning properly to prevent accidental operation.
6. Long term storage and maintenance
Dustproof and moisture-proof: Cover with a dust cover when stopping and store in a dry and ventilated environment.
Annual overhaul: Disassemble the high-pressure pump, replace core components such as the interaction chamber, and clean the pump chamber.
