1、 Daily cleaning and decontamination
1. Clean immediately after use: After each operation, disassemble the die to remove residual materials and avoid hardening and clumping. Use a soft cloth dipped in specialized cleaning agent to wipe, and avoid scratching with hard objects to prevent surface damage.
2. Stubborn adhesive treatment: If the adhesive is hard, soak the punch in hot water to soften and remove it, or use a copper wire brush (wire brush is prohibited) combined with grinding paste to polish the surface of the sheet.
3. Regular deep cleaning: After working continuously for several hours, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the dust in the tablet pressing room to prevent the punching rod from being blocked or not rotating properly.
2、 Rust prevention and lubrication maintenance
1. Short term rust prevention: After cleaning, wipe off the moisture in a timely manner and apply thin oil (such as protective oil) or rust proof oil on the surface.
2. Long term storage: Immerse the punching die completely in rust proof oil, place it in a covered iron box, and store it in separate boxes according to specifications to avoid confusion.
3. Lubrication operation: Apply an appropriate amount of release agent (such as magnesium stearate) to the template before pressing to reduce the risk of sticking and impact; Regularly apply lubricating oil to moving parts such as hedge rods.
3、 Storage standards
1. Environmental requirements: Store in a dry, ventilated place, avoid moisture and direct sunlight, and maintain a stable temperature/humidity environment.
2. Protective measures: If the equipment is not in use for a long time, the punching die should be removed, and the friction surface of the equipment should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a dust cover.
4、 Regular inspection and maintenance
1. Inspection of stamping die status: Before pressing, observe whether the punch has missing edges, cracks, or deformation, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
2. Preventive maintenance: Monthly inspection of vulnerable parts such as rail guides and pressure wheels to ensure lubrication and flexibility of mating surfaces.
3. Material adaptability: Select matching die materials (such as alloys with high chromium content) and coatings (chrome/chromium nitride) based on material characteristics (such as corrosiveness, fine powder ratio).
5、 Environment and operating standards
1. Laboratory environment: Maintain a low dust environment, especially strict dust prevention is required for pharmaceutical tablet pressing.
2. Key points of operation: Ensure accurate positioning of the die during installation to avoid displacement or damage caused by vibration.
