1. Operation process

(3) During the operation process, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures of the equipment and pay attention to monitoring the operating status of the equipment.
(4) During operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other objects into the interior of the equipment to prevent accidental injury.
2. Material handling
(1) The operator must pour the materials into the spray according to the requirements of the equipment, and ensure that the feeding amount of materials is controlled within the bearing range of the equipment.
(2) When cleaning the spray, the operator must first shut down the equipment and ensure that there are no residual materials in the spray.
(3) When replacing materials or components such as nozzles, it is necessary to first cut off the power supply of the equipment and ensure safe operation.
3. Alarm and Emergency Handling
(1) When there is an abnormal situation in the equipment, the alarm device will sound an alarm, and the operator must take timely measures to deal with it.
(2) In the event of equipment malfunction or emergency, operators must follow the emergency shutdown procedures of the equipment and promptly report to relevant personnel.
(3) Operators must remain calm in emergency situations, take effective measures to avoid accidents, and seek help in a timely manner.
