What are the principles and operating steps of the experimental spray dryer?

Principle of experimental spray dryer:
After filtering and heating, the air enters the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely fine mist like liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in parallel with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Operation steps of spray dryer for laboratory use:
1. Peristaltic pump: Click "Open" to "Start" the peristaltic pump, then click "Stop" to turn off - automatically control the operation of the peristaltic pump. Click the green button of the peristaltic pump automatic button (the button changes to "Start"), and the peristaltic pump will automatically start. The speed of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted according to the set value of the outlet air temperature, thereby adjusting the feeding amount of the peristaltic pump.
2. Fan: Control the start and stop of the fan. Click on the fan button area (top) to start the fan (move the button to "start"), and click below to stop the fan (move the button to "stop").
3. Needle opening: Control the start and stop of the needle opening. Click on the green area (top) of the button to start the needle opening (move the button to "start"), click below to stop (move the button to "stop"). The running speed of the needle opening can be changed by changing the set value of the needle opening in interface (3). It is already set before leaving the factory and does not need to be changed.
4. Air Compressor: Control the start and stop of the air compressor. Click on the green area (top) of the air compressor button to start the air compressor (move the button to "Start"). Click below to turn it off.
5. Heater: Control the start and stop of the electric heater. Click on the green area (top) of the heater button to start the heater (move the button to "start"). Click below to stop the heater (move the button to "stop").
Note: The heater will not start before the fan is turned on. After the heater is turned off, if the air temperature is below 30 degrees, the fan will automatically shut down.
6. Fan setting: Set the rotation frequency of the unit, press the numerical box to pop up the numeric keypad, press the CLR key to reset the number, then enter the desired value, and press ENTER to complete the modification.
7. Manual control of peristaltic pump: Manually control the operation of the peristaltic pump. Click on the green area (top) of the peristaltic pump automatic button (displayed as ON), and the peristaltic pump will automatically start. Below the display, the peristaltic pump will stop (displayed as OFF).
8. Needle setting: Based on the operating frequency of the needle, the numerical value represents that it starts every few seconds. Press the numerical box to pop up the numeric keypad, press the CLR key to reset the number, then enter the desired value, press the ENTER key to complete the modification. The optimal value has been set for the field and does not need to be set separately.
9. Peristaltic pump setting: Set the feed rate of the peristaltic pump (ml/min), press the value box to pop up the numeric keypad, press the CLR key to reset the number, then enter the desired value, and press the ENTER key to complete the modification.
10. Description of experimental spray dryer: click the control panel to enter the interface (II) and enter the temperature setting interface.
