The diatomaceous earth filter consists of a diatomaceous earth supply device, a diatomaceous earth mixing box, a filtration pump, a filtration tank, and a jet backwash device. The interior of the filtration tank is composed of multiple filter elements arranged vertically to form a filter component. The diatomaceous earth mixture mixed with water is circulated by the filtration pump, and a membrane of about 2-3mm is formed on the filter element of the filtration tank. As it is an irregular porous particle, a fine interval is formed, which can filter out gelatinous substances and water-soluble small substances in water. When raw water passes through this filter, more than 0.5m of particles are filtered out.
