Fully automatic self-cleaning filters are widely used in circulating or non circulating cooling water systems, heat exchange systems, central air conditioning systems, central heating systems, hot water boiler systems, etc., to protect cooling equipment, heat exchange devices, air conditioners, boilers, etc. This device is suitable for a wide range of industries, including construction, chemical, power, metallurgy, rubber, paper, textile, coal, food and other industries.
The fully automatic self-cleaning filter determines the cleaning timing by monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference (OP) reaches the set value, the white cleaning program will begin. During cleaning, the drain valve will be opened to discharge water, and the entire cleaning process will last for 20-60 seconds. After cleaning is completed, the drain valve will be closed, the motor will stop, and the system will return to its initial state, preparing for the next filtering process. The supply of clean water here will not be interrupted.
There are two control methods for cleaning a fully automatic self-cleaning filter: differential pressure control and manual control.
Differential pressure control: The control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference is less than the set pressure difference, the filter filters it; When the system pressure difference exceeds the set pressure difference, the filter filters while cleaning and discharging.
Manual control: When the fully automatic self-cleaning filter is in manual control mode, press and hold the forward rotation start button, and the motor of the fully automatic self-cleaning filter will drive the suction mechanism to move in the far direction for sewage discharge; Press and hold the reverse start button, and the motor of the fully automatic self-cleaning filter drives the suction mechanism to move towards the near point direction for discharge; Release your grip and stop discharging.
