Basket filters are used on oil or other liquid pipelines to filter impurities in the pipeline. The filtering hole area is 2-3 times larger than the diameter pipe area, much larger than the filtering area of Y-shaped and T-shaped filters. The filter structure is different from other filters, with a basket like shape, hence the name basket filter.

Basket filters are divided into:

The basket filter is mainly composed of a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, flanges, flange cover fasteners, etc. When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are blocked inside the filter basket, while clean liquid flows out from the filter outlet through the filter basket. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the liquid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reinstall it for easy use and maintenance. 、
