The high shear grinding and dispersing machine achieves ultrafine grinding and dispersion of materials through the shear, impact, friction and other forces between the high-speed rotating rotor and stator. Its core design includes a three-level serrated structure or a gradually reinforced shear disc, with a rotor linear velocity of over 44m/s. With a precision gap of 0.2-0.3mm, it can generate turbulent effects to crush materials to the nanometer level. The key components are made of high wear-resistant materials (such as tungsten carbide) to extend their service life, and are equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motors to achieve 14000rpm stepless speed regulation.
