The high shear dispersing emulsifier is an important equipment used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, etc. It is widely used in various processes such as liquid suspension, mixing, emulsification, and dispersion. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life, the following operating procedures need to be followed.
1、 Pre inspection
Before each use of the device, a preliminary inspection should be carried out to ensure that the device is in good condition. The specific operation is as follows:
1. Check if all device connections are intact and if there is any water leakage;
2. Check whether the power supply of the equipment and the power plugs of various switches and instruments are properly connected, and whether the electrical circuits are leaking electricity;
3. Check whether the impurities and foreign objects inside the equipment have been cleaned up, and whether the equipment is blocked.
2、 Preparation before startup
1. Before starting the equipment, check if all devices are idle and debris has been cleared;
2. Turn on the water cooling system and pay attention to whether the water flow and temperature are normal. If it is abnormal, the cause should be identified and eliminated in a timely manner;
3. Check if the lubrication system of the equipment is sufficient and ensure adequate lubrication at the travel of the equipment.
3、 Equipment operation
1. Operators should choose appropriate process parameters according to the process requirements, and be careful not to exceed the rated parameters of the equipment;
2. When operating the equipment, the correct operating procedures should be followed to avoid damage to the equipment due to improper operation.
3. During equipment operation, it is necessary to regularly observe the operation status of the equipment and pay attention to the display of the instruments.
4、 Operation after shutdown
After completing the device operation, the power should be turned off and the following steps should be followed:
1. Close the discharge valve of the equipment, while stopping mechanical shearing, open the hydraulic system of the equipment to ensure that the pressure at the discharge port disappears and avoid damage;
2. Turn off the water cooling system and power off the equipment;
3. Clean the interior of the equipment to avoid residue affecting product quality during the next use;
4. After cleaning, the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil inside the equipment should be replaced and maintained.
