1、 Preparation in advance
Before conducting high-speed homogenizer experiments, it is necessary to first clarify the purpose, principles, and safety precautions of the experiment. Be sure to be familiar with the user manual of the high-speed homogenizer and know the pipeline layout and various parameters related to the equipment. At the same time, it is necessary to provide safety training and safety explanations in the experimental area to ensure that operators have sufficient operational experience and safety knowledge reserves. Before conducting the experiment, it is necessary to check the condition of the equipment, the connection and maintenance of mechanical components, and the connection status of pipelines to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
2、 Operation steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, assemble the fixtures, pipes, grooves, and other components of the high-speed homogenizer. Among them, the clamping force of the fixture is related to the quantity and properties of the sample, and needs to be adjusted appropriately.
2. Operators should wear personal protective equipment such as protective gloves, goggles, and masks to ensure personal safety.
3. Turn on the power switch of the high-speed homogenizer and check if the motor and control circuit are normal.
4. According to the experimental requirements, add the sample into the working chamber of the high-speed homogenizer, adjust the sample amount, homogenization speed, homogenization time and other parameters to ensure that the experimental conditions meet the standard requirements.
5. Set and adjust the high-speed homogenizer according to the experimental requirements, then turn on the homogenizer wave and conduct homogenization tests.
6. During the homogenization test, pay attention to observing the compression state of the pipeline and fixtures, and regularly check the various parameters of the high-speed homogenizer.
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power switch of the high-speed homogenizer, remove the fixtures and various components, and clean the machine surface and discharge pipes.
3、 Safety precautions
1. Operators should wear personal protective equipment such as protective gloves, goggles, and masks to ensure personal safety.
2. During the operation, do not extend your hands or other body parts into the fixture or rotating parts to avoid accidents.
3. Pay attention to checking whether the power supply, rotating parts, sample tray and other equipment of the high-speed homogenizer are normal. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
4. When adjusting the working state of the homogenizer, excessive sharp turns, rapid deceleration, and sudden stops should not be performed, otherwise it may cause equipment damage or personnel injury.
5. During the homogenization test, parameters such as sample size, homogenization speed, and homogenization time should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the experimental conditions meet the standard requirements.
6. After the experimental operation is completed, promptly turn off the power of the machine and clean the machine and pipelines according to the requirements of the operation manual to maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the equipment.
