1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
(1) Confirm that the oil level is within the specified range (hydraulic oil or lubricating oil) and the belt tension is moderate.
(2)Check whether the impeller rotates flexibly and there is no abnormal friction sound; The fasteners are not loose, and there is no leakage at the sealing point.
(3)Verify that the motor rotation direction is consistent with the equipment identification direction.
(4)If it is a continuous flow device (such as MT3000), it is necessary to check whether the dispersion chamber is installed in place and ensure the sealing of the pipeline connection.
2. Material preparation
(1)Pre mix raw materials (such as resin base materials, dispersants, etc.) to ensure no clumping or precipitation, and perform preliminary mixing if necessary.
(2)When adding powder additives, weigh and package them in advance for subsequent feeding.
2、 Start and Run
1. Device startup
(1)Place the impeller or dispersing head at the center of the container and adjust it to the working height through hydraulic or mechanical devices.
(2)Lock the safety handle or fixing device to prevent displacement during operation.
(3)Turn on the main motor and gradually increase the speed to the required process range (such as 9000-14000 RPM) to avoid sudden high loads.
2. Material handling
(1)Continuous flow equipment needs to control the material flow rate through a feed pump to maintain stable pressure in the pipeline.
(2)When operating in batches, slowly add powder additives while maintaining stirring or circulating dispersion to prevent local agglomeration.
(3)Monitor the ammeter, and if overloaded, immediately stop the machine to investigate the cause (such as high material viscosity or blockage).
3、 Operation monitoring and adjustment
1. Parameter control
(1)Adjust the speed, flow rate, and temperature according to the characteristics of the material (some equipment supports temperature control modules).
(2)Ultrasonic dispersion equipment needs to adjust its frequency and power to optimize cavitation and dispersion effects.
2. Exception handling
(1)When abnormal noise, vibration, or temperature rise is detected, immediately stop the machine and check the wear of seals, bearings, or dispersing heads.
(2)Regularly sample and test the dispersion of the slurry to ensure that the particle size meets the process requirements.
4、 Shutdown and Cleaning
1. Normal shutdown
(1)Stop the main motor first, wait for the impeller/dispersing head to come to a complete stop, and then lift the main shaft to detach from the material.
(2)Close the feed valve, empty the residual material in the pipeline, and avoid dry running.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
(1)Disassemble the dispersing head or impeller, remove residual materials, and prevent solidification blockage.
(2)Regularly replace lubricating oil, clean the hydraulic system and cooling pipelines (it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection once a year).
5、 Safety and maintenance precautions
1. Do not reverse: The dispersing shaft should be operated in the direction indicated, as reversing may cause mechanical damage.
2. Anti dry running operation: Do not start the main engine when there is no material to avoid wear on seals and bearings.
3. Long term disuse: Rust prevention treatment should be carried out on the dispersion chamber and pipelines, and the power supply should be disconnected.
