To solve this problem, our technical personnel have customized and installed drum vibration feeding devices according to different customer needs and material characteristics when customers order tablet pressing equipment. We have also improved the traditional fence feeder to a forced feeding device. Firstly, the powder material is vibrated by a vibrator in the hopper to flow into the forced feeder. Then, a variable frequency speed regulating motor is used to drive the flat impeller in the feeder to stir and rotate for forced filling and feeding. By using mechanical external force to promote the flow of materials and achieve the effect of forced feeding, production capacity can be increased.
