Chicken essence tablet press is a rotary tablet press, whose main function is to compress chicken essence granular materials into blocks. Usually, a chicken essence tablet press is composed of a motor, a pressing wheel, and a mold wheel. The motor drives the pressing wheel and the mold wheel to rotate, and the material between the pressing wheel and the mold wheel is compressed into blocks under the cooperation of rotation and pressure. The chicken essence tablet press can press chicken essence blocks of different shapes, such as square, rectangular, circular, etc., through different molds.
The process principle of the chicken essence tablet press mainly includes the following steps:
1. Crushing: The granular material of chicken essence is crushed into powder by a grinder.
2. Mixing: Mix powdered chicken essence with other flavor enhancers, additives, and other materials in a certain ratio to ensure that the content of each part of the mixture is within a certain range.
3. Humidity regulation: Spread the mixture flat in a ventilated and dry room, control the indoor temperature, relative humidity, and ventilation conditions to gradually lose moisture and achieve a suitable compression state.
4. Compression: Place the moistened mixture inside the mold of the chicken essence tablet press, and under the rotation and pressure of the chicken essence tablet press, compress the powdered chicken essence granular material into blocks, completing the production of chicken essence tablets.
5. Packaging: Packaging the processed chicken essence blocks, such as bagged or packaged, for storage and sale.
