Its core process principle is based on the cooperation of a multi pressure wheel system and a precision die, achieving layered filling and pressing of different colors or components of raw materials. 1、 Basic tablet pressing process steps

The tri color tablet press follows the general tablet pressing process, but achieves layered operation through multi station design:

1. Filling stage: The lower punch extends into the bottom of the middle mold hole to form a filling space; Different raw materials (such as three-layer particles) are sequentially filled into the middle mold holes through independent feeders. After each layer is filled, the downward punching depth is controlled by a weight adjustment cam to ensure precise dosage for each layer (for example, the precision of dosage adjustment can reach ± 0.15%).

2. Pre compaction stage: The upper punch descends for preliminary compaction (usually at 1/10 of the main pressure), releases air, and stabilizes the particle stacking structure to prevent layer displacement.

3. Main compression stage: Apply high pressure (20-50 kN) to the upper punch, and combine with a multi roller system to compact each layer separately, so that the particles are firmly bound together; Unstable pressure may lead to loose tablets or defects such as peeling.

4. Stage of tablet release: The downward punch head rises and pushes out the tablet, which is then exported through the blocking plate; The tri color film needs to ensure that there is no mixing between layers and rely on a vacuum cleaner to reduce dust diffusion.

2、 Key mechanism of multi-layer suppression for tricolor films

Based on the characteristics of multi-layer tablets, the equipment implements the layering process through the following mechanisms:

1. Triple pressure rotating structure: The turntable is equipped with three independent pressure wheels and a feeding system. Each rotation cycle completes the filling and pressing of three layers of raw materials in sequence (for example, filling the bottom layer first, pre pressing, filling the middle layer, and finally filling the top layer for main pressing).

2. Die and pressure coordination: The die is made of high hardness materials (hardness ≥ HRC60), with a surface polishing accuracy of Ra0.4 μ m. Combined with a PLC control system, the pressure and speed of each layer are dynamically adjusted (such as a turntable speed of 14-30 revolutions per minute) to ensure tight interlayer bonding and no color mixing.

3. Environment and auxiliary systems: Fully enclosed stainless steel casing and transparent protective cover maintain a low humidity environment (relative humidity ≤ 45%) to prevent moisture absorption and adhesion of raw materials; The vacuum cleaner removes dust in real time to avoid cross contamination.

3、 Key points of process control

1. Parameter optimization: Adjust the filling depth (up to 15mm) and pressure through a variable frequency speed control device to adapt to different material characteristics (such as higher preloading required for viscous particles); The thickness of the tablet is precisely controlled by the spacing between the punches (maximum tablet thickness of 6mm).

2. Quality control: Online monitoring of tablet weight difference (± 5% per tablet), hardness (≥ 3kgf), and disintegration time limit (within 3 minutes), automatic shutdown adjustment in case of abnormalities.
