In November, Shanghai Tianhe Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Dongjing Industrial Zone, Songjiang District, Shanghai, completed the packing and shipping of a batch of solid dosage form complete sets of equipment. The goods will be delivered by sea to a British cooperative enterprise, which is one of the company's normalized business actions to expand the European market.
Shanghai Tianhe Machinery, founded in 2011, focuses on the production, supporting and service of solid dosage equipment. Its main products include tablet presses, crushers, mixers, etc., covering the production needs of multiple industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. The equipment shipped this time includes tablet presses and supporting models, all of which have completed full process control in accordance with EU market access requirements - multiple products of the company have obtained CE certification and passed ISO9001-2015 quality management system certification. The equipment manufacturing process follows relevant national and industry standards, and some tablet press models have also been tested and confirmed to be compliant by third-party organizations.
On site, it can be seen that the goods are packaged in customized fumigation wooden boxes, with clear batch numbers, operation labels, and protective tips marked on the boxes, which are suitable for international long-distance transportation storage and loading and unloading regulations. This batch of equipment will be used for upgrading the production line of British customers, matching their refined production needs in the pharmaceutical industry.
