The YK series swing pellet machine is mainly suitable for manufacturing various specifications of pellets in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. After drying, it presses various shaped products. The machine can also be used to crush and condense dry materials into blocks. All material contact points are made of stainless steel material, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, easy cleaning, simple operation, and low energy consumption.
YK series swing pellet machine operation safety specifications
Key checks before operation
1. Equipment status confirmation
Before starting up, it is necessary to check the cleanliness status of the equipment to ensure that there are no residual materials or foreign objects blocking the sieve and drum.
Check the integrity and installation tightness of the screen mesh. Damaged screens should be replaced immediately to prevent metal debris from mixing into the material.
Confirm that the lubrication system oil level meets the standard, the worm gear box oil needs to submerge the worm gear, and the bearings need to be regularly lubricated with grease.
2. Safety protection measures
Operators must wear protective goggles, dust masks, and tight sleeved workwear, and are strictly prohibited from wearing loose clothing.
The operating area of the equipment should be kept dry, electrical components should be strictly prevented from splashing liquids, and grounding lines should be checked monthly.
Core specifications in operation
1. Feeding safety regulations
The capacity of the hopper should be controlled within 2/3, as excessive feeding can cause the screen mesh to break under pressure or the drum to get stuck.
It is strictly prohibited to handle blocked materials with bare hands! If the powder stagnates, immediately stop the machine and use a bamboo/cow bone shovel to clear it.
2. Dynamic monitoring requirements
Continuous monitoring of equipment abnormal noise: Abnormal vibration or metal friction sound requires emergency shutdown for maintenance.
Check the particle uniformity every 30 minutes, and adjust the drum speed if the screen is worn or the humidity is abnormal.
Key points for shutdown and maintenance
1. Standardize the shutdown process
Before the end of production, the hopper needs to be emptied and left idle for 3-5 minutes to drain any remaining materials before turning off the power.
After turning off the main power, clean the dust on the surface of the equipment and record the operation.
2. Periodic maintenance
Check the wear of worm gears and bearings every month, and tighten loose transmission component bolts.
Replace the gearbox oil every quarter, clean the oil filter element, and check the tension of the motor belt.
Long term shutdown requires applying anti rust oil and covering key components with protective covers.
