It is inevitable for problems to occur in the long-term use of V-shaped mixers. It is not to say that the quality of the products produced by the manufacturer is problematic. No matter what is used for a long time, there will always be some small problems. Although it may not affect the work temporarily, if not dealt with in a timely manner, small faults can turn into big problems. Therefore, it is important to learn some simple maintenance methods for V-type mixers on your own.
1. If there is a sudden shutdown or the discharge mechanism cannot operate normally during use.
2. The vibration and noise of the V-type mixer host are abnormal, and the installation is not adjusted properly and the gearbox is damaged.
3. Overheating of V-type mixer bearings can occur when the bearings are poorly lubricated, damaged, or when the main shaft is bent, the rotor is severely unbalanced, or the belt is too tight. The bearings can be restored to their normal state by adding or replacing lubricating oil, replacing bearings and spindles, balancing rotors, adjusting belt tightness, and other methods.
4. The main reasons for low production efficiency are insufficient power of the V-type mixer motor, improper pulley configuration, belt slippage, severe wear of the hammer plate, uneven feeding, or high moisture content of the raw materials.
5. The difficulty and inability to start the V-type mixer is mainly due to the lack of power supply and phase loss, which requires checking the circuit.
