Steps for using a V-type mixer:

1. Installation: Place the machinery steadily, install the machine feet, level them, and ensure that the machinery can operate smoothly.

2. Before use, add oil to the area that needs to be refueled, and then perform no-load operation to check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the mechanical system is running normally. If there are any abnormalities, repair and debug them.

3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, and the feeding amount should not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cover tightly and start the machine for operation. If any abnormalities are found during the process, the machine must be stopped for inspection.

4. After work or when changing varieties, the inside and outside of the hopper must be washed clean.

Before operating the V-type mixer, it is necessary to mark a safe zone for the rotation radius of the machine to prevent personal injury and mechanical damage. When installing the V-type mixer, attention should be paid to keeping the whole machine parallel to the ground. The bottom of the machine is equipped with a foot fixing hole (16.5mm) that is firmly connected to the ground to prevent the whole machine from swinging during operation.
