1. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate the guide rails, bearings, and other parts according to the instructions, using designated oil products.
2. System inspection: Check the oil level and pipeline sealing of the hydraulic/pneumatic system every month, and calibrate the accuracy of the pressure plate.
5、 Special precautions
1. Manual operation: When there is no power supply, manually pressing the tablet requires removing the triangular belt, but keeping the large pulley to save effort.
2. Fault handling: If a top car occurs, the power should be cut off immediately. For light cases, manually turn the handwheel through the "dead point", and for heavy cases, adjust the position of the punching rod.
