Wet mixing granulator is mainly used for data collection of small sample process experiments in laboratories of pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, providing a basis for expanding production. It is an excellent granulation equipment used in laboratories. This machine has the characteristics of being fast, airtight, and capable of completing mixing and granulation in one go. The working process of wet mixing granulator:

The entire process consists of two steps: mixing and drawing.

2. The adhesive enters the material pot from the conical hopper, and after the hopper is closed, the powder rotates in the container under the stirring of the mixing paddle. At the same time, the material changes along the direction of the conical wall, gradually generating a liquid bridge. Under the squeezing, friction, and kneading of the material by the blade and barrel, the material gradually transforms into a loose material. Then, open the exit door and the mixed particles are pushed out of the bucket by the centrifugal force of the blade.

3. The soft material with a granular structure is not pulled by forced extrusion, but cut by granulation force. The soft material is cut into small and uniform particles in a semi flowing state, achieving mutual transformation of materials.

The wet mixing granulator has the following major characteristics:

1. The whole machine is controlled by programmable logic (human-machine interface - options), with a unified process. Ensure stable quality, and manual operation is also possible to facilitate exploration of process parameters and procedures.

2. Both the stirring blade and the cutting knife adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which is easy to control the particle size.

3. The inflatable seal of the rotating shaft chamber eliminates the phenomenon of dust adhesion. Equipped with automatic cleaning function.

4. Conical material trough to ensure even shaking and rolling of the material. The bottom of the tank is a sandwich layer with a built-in water-cooled circulation system, which has better temperature control performance than general air-cooled systems and improves the quality of the product.

5. The boiler thief automatically opens and closes, and the discharge port matches the drying equipment. Large models come with escalators for easy operation.

6. Equipped with a blade lifting system, it is more conducive to cleaning the blades and pot body.
