How is the fully automatic high-speed bottle sorting machine installed?
Date: 2025-10-20Read: 6
Fully automatic high-speed bottle sorting machineIt is the core equipment in modern bottle production lines, designed specifically for quickly organizing and orderly transporting disorderly stacked bottle bodies to subsequent processes such as filling and labeling. It achieves efficient and precise bottle orientation arrangement through mechanical transmission and intelligent control technology, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, daily chemicals, and chemical engineering, becoming a key equipment for improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality.
It adopts a dynamic quantitative feeding system and a multi-stage transmission mechanism, with core components including a storage bottle bin, a centrifugal turntable, a four section belt conveyor, a bottle flipping and standing device, and a PLC control system. During work, the manual or automatic feeding system sends the bottle body into the storage bottle bin, and the material is transported to the high-speed rotating centrifugal turntable through a quantitative feeding device. The turntable uses centrifugal force to disperse the bottle body to the periphery, and uses a web wheel correction device to remove non-standard bottle bodies (such as inverted or tilted). Qualified bottles are fed into a four section conveyor belt at a set speed by a bottle sorting mechanism, and the spacing is adjusted by a clamping belt. Then, the bottle flipping and standing device completes the orientation correction, and finally outputs them to the subsequent process in an upright and orderly state.
Fully automatic high-speed bottle sorting machineInstallation method:
Step 1: Preparation before installation
Site survey and preparation:
Space requirements: Plan the installation area based on the equipment dimensions (length x width x height) and the operational/maintenance space requirements (usually reserved at least 1 meter in front, back, left, right). Ensure sufficient space for bottle loading, retrieval, and daily maintenance.
Ground requirements: The ground must be flat, sturdy, and level (measured with a spirit level, with an unevenness of ≤ 2mm/m ²). Concrete flooring is preferred as it can withstand the full load weight of equipment (including bottles).
Environmental requirements: The environment should be clean, dry, well ventilated, and avoid direct sunlight and drastic temperature changes. Stay away from strong electromagnetic interference sources.
Reserved interface:
Power supply: Reserve a three-phase five wire power socket that meets the equipment requirements (such as 380V ± 10%, 50Hz, power usually 1.5-5kW according to the equipment model), and ensure good grounding (grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω).
Air source: Reserve a clean and dry compressed air interface (pressure usually 0.5-0.7MPa, flow rate according to equipment requirements, such as ≥ 0.3m ³/min). A triple component of filter pressure reducing valve oil mist (FRL) is required to ensure that the air source is free of water, oil, and dust.
Connection interface: Clearly define the connection method (height, centerline alignment, synchronization signal) with upstream (such as bottle washing machine, de packaging machine) and downstream (such as filling machine, labeling machine) equipment.
Open box inspection:
Check if the outer packaging is intact and if there are any serious impact marks.
Compare the packing list and check whether the main engine, various components (turntable, track, dial, electrical control cabinet, pneumatic components), spare parts, tools, instructions, etc. are complete.
Check the appearance of the equipment for any transportation damage.
Step 2: Equipment handling and positioning
Safe handling:
Use forklifts or cranes (with designated lifting points), and it is strictly prohibited to directly drag or pry the equipment body.
During the transportation process, keep the equipment level and avoid severe vibrations.
Equipment in place:
Carefully place the device in the designated location.
Remove the fixing bolts, support frames, etc. (if any) used for transportation.
Step 3: Horizontal calibration and fixation
Rough adjustment level:
Use a forklift to fine tune or shim the equipment to make it roughly level.
Fine tuning level:
Place a high-precision level (with an accuracy of 0.02mm/m) on the main workbench of the equipment (such as the turntable plane).
Adjust the adjustable anchor bolts at the bottom of the equipment to center the bubbles in both X and Y directions of the level.
Importance: Levelness directly affects the stability and synchronization of bottle sorting, and is a key step in installation.
Equipment fixation:
After horizontal calibration, tighten the anchor bolts completely.
If required, the equipment can be fixed to the ground using anchor bolts (pre embedded anchor bolts are required).
Step 4: Connect to external systems
Power connection:
Connect the power cord to the reserved power socket by a professional electrician.
Ensure that the grounding wire is reliably connected.
Check if the power supply voltage and phase sequence are correct.
Gas source connection:
Connect the gas source pipeline to the equipment inlet.
Install FRL triple fittings and adjust the pressure reducing valve to the required pressure of the equipment (such as 0.6MPa).
Check all tracheal connections to ensure no leaks (can be detected with soap water).
Docking with upstream and downstream equipment:
Height alignment: Adjust the height between the bottle outlet of the bottle sorting machine and the bottle inlet of downstream equipment (such as filling machines) to ensure a smooth transition of the bottles (usually with a drop of ≤ 5mm).
Centerline alignment: Ensure that the centerline of the bottle dispensing track of the bottling machine is on the same straight line as the centerline of the bottle feeding track of downstream equipment.
Synchronous signal connection: Connect the synchronous signal line (usually 24V DC) with upstream and downstream equipment to achieve start stop interlocking and speed synchronization, avoiding bottle blockage or idling.
Step 5: Internal Inspection and Preliminary Debugging
Mechanical inspection
Manual turning (if any), check whether the rotating disc, pulley, conveyor belt and other moving parts are flexible and not stuck.
Check if all fasteners (screws, nuts) are securely locked.
Check if the tension of the belt and chain is appropriate.
Electrical inspection:
Check if the wiring inside the electrical control cabinet is secure and loose.
Confirm that the safety devices (emergency stop button, safety door switch, light barrier) are functioning properly.
No load trial operation:
Do not put the bottle in, start the equipment for no-load operation.
Observe whether each moving component operates smoothly and without any abnormal noise.
Check whether the pneumatic components (cylinders, solenoid valves) operate accurately and properly.
Monitor whether the motor current and temperature are normal.
The recommended running time is ≥ 30 minutes.
Step 6: Load trial operation and parameter adjustment
Low speed trial operation:
Add a small amount of bottle (it is recommended to start at low speed, such as 30% of the rated speed).
Observe whether the entire process of bottle entry, sorting (flipping, arranging), and exit is smooth.
Check for bottle jamming, bottle tipping, and bottle squeezing.
Parameter adjustment:
According to the actual bottle shape (diameter, height, material), adjust the mechanical components such as the spacing between the bottle feeding screws, the position of the bottle sorting wheel, the turntable stopper, and the bottle discharge guide plate.
Set or fine tune parameters such as operating speed and photoelectric sensor sensitivity on the touch screen.
Gradually increasing speed:
After confirming stable low-speed operation, gradually increase the operating speed (such as 50% ->70% ->90% ->100% rated speed).
Run at each speed gear for sufficient time, observe stability and bottle cleaning effect.
Record optimal operating parameters.
Step 7: Acceptance and Delivery
Continuous operation test: At rated speed, use the actual production bottle type to run continuously for ≥ 2 hours, and calculate the bottle qualification rate (usually required to be ≥ 99.5%) and failure rate.
Cleaning: After operation, thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
Training: The manufacturer provides training for operators and maintenance personnel on operation, daily maintenance, and simple troubleshooting.
Delivery: Both parties sign the installation acceptance report.
