Weight sorting machine is a device that achieves material sorting through weight comparison, widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, etc. Effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of sorting, but prone to malfunctions during use, affecting production efficiency and quality. Therefore, understanding the operation and maintenance procedures of weight sorting machines can help enterprises improve the work efficiency and quality of weight sorting machine operators, and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures.
1、 Operating procedures
1. Pre startup inspection
(1) Check if the power supply is reliably grounded and kept unobstructed, and if the voltage is stable;
(2) Check whether the connections of each part are safe and reliable;
(3) Check whether the processed materials on the equipment are clean and tidy, and whether there is sufficient space on both sides of the running equipment;
(4) Check if the vibrator, vibration motor, and controller on the equipment supply pole are functioning properly.
2. Start the device
(1) Start the equipment in the order shown in the equipment manual;
(2) Check whether the functions of each part are normal, such as the air volume of each fan, the frequency of the vibrator, and the stability of input and output signals;
(3) Check if there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations in the equipment.
3. Start production
(1) Adjust the sorting parameters according to the requirements before starting up to ensure the sorting effect;
(2) Add production materials and pay attention to maintaining even feeding;
(3) Observe the operation status of the equipment and promptly detect any abnormal situations;
(4) According to the equipment manual, perform timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
4. End of production
(1) After production is completed, turn off the equipment and power;
(2) Clean up the equipment and the surrounding environment to maintain cleanliness;
(3) Timely handle equipment malfunctions or abnormal situations.
And maintenance procedures
1. Preparation work before equipment maintenance
(1) After shutdown, wait for the equipment to cool down to room temperature;
(2) Turn off the power and unplug the power plug;
(3) Organize the surrounding environment of the equipment, remove debris and dust;
(4) Check if there are any abnormalities in all parts of the equipment.
2. Daily maintenance work
(1) Clean the internal debris and dust of the equipment;
(2) Clean equipment cable plugs and control panels;
(3) Check the details of equipment operation and make timely adjustments;
(4) Check the lubrication of equipment bearings and maintain good lubrication condition of the equipment;
(5) Check the tightness of equipment bolts;
(6) Clean the equipment accessories and apply rust inhibitor for corrosion prevention.
3. Regular maintenance work
(1) Conduct a comprehensive inspection and measurement of the equipment, identify any abnormalities or defects, and make timely adjustments;
(2) Replace vulnerable parts required for equipment, such as gears, belts, bearings, etc;
(3) Check the wiring and interfaces of the control circuit and wires, and replace damaged connectors;
(4) Replace the shock absorber pad of the vibration machine.
