The penicillin bottle powder injection screw packaging machine is a device that converts drug powder into drug injections through screws and packaging mechanisms. This device is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality of drugs.
The process principle of the penicillin bottle powder injection screw packaging machine is to package the drug powder through weighing, powder feeding, screw and packaging mechanism. The specific process flow is as follows:
1. Weighing: Weigh the powder of the medication that needs to be dispensed separately, ensuring that the amount of powder in each injection is the same.
2. Powder delivery: The weighed drug powder is sent to the screw feeding port through a pneumatic conveying system.
3. Screw: The screw is an important mechanism for moving powder forward, which pushes the powder forward to the packaging mechanism through the design of a spiral.
4. Packaging organization: The packaging organization is responsible for packaging the powder into penicillin bottles, which can be achieved through vacuum suction and mechanical compaction.
Characteristics of the screw packaging machine for penicillin bottle powder injection:
1. The packaging, capping, and rubber stopper vibration stations adopt separate isolation stations to prevent particles generated by vibration from entering the bottle, greatly reducing product quality risks.
2. According to the properties of the raw powder and the requirements of the product, the KFG packaging machine has multiple packaging functions such as secondary and tertiary packaging, as well as composite raw powder products.
3. The mixing box and powder hopper of KFG packaging machine are made of non-toxic and transparent materials that can be disinfected at high temperatures both domestically and internationally, and are processed and polished with advanced technology. This allows operators to clearly see the height of the powder layer, the flowability of the raw powder, and the mixing and powder feeding conditions.
4. On the basis of the original powder box, add 2cm higher and pack some relatively fluffy raw powders to control (increase) the height of the powder layer, increase the gravity and fluidity of the raw powder, and improve the accuracy of packing.
5. The powder feeding nozzle can be lengthened or shortened according to the properties of the original powder to improve the accuracy of loading.
6. The KFG new packaging machine has a front and rear nitrogen filling function. The front nitrogen filling replaces the oxygen in the penicillin bottle, and the rear nitrogen filling uses multiple nitrogen filling in the protective cover, which can make the residual oxygen in the penicillin bottle ≤ 4%.
7. All parts in direct contact with drugs can be disinfected at high temperatures and easily replaced and disassembled (allowing for contactless installation).
8. Equipped with unqualified product removal stations, fault alarm devices, and various instruments and sensors.
9. Add reserved detection devices for dust particles, floating bacteria, and settling bacteria.
