Working principle of linear ultrasonic bottle washing machine
Date: 2025-04-29Read: 3
The working principle of the linear ultrasonic bottle washing machine is based on the ultrasonic cavitation effect, combined with the mechanical structure and control system to achieve continuous cleaning. The specific process is as follows:
1. Ultrasonic cavitation effect
The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency electrical signals above 20kHz, which are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations by a transducer and transmitted to the cleaning solution. Sound waves with alternating density are formed in the liquid, and tiny bubbles (cavitation bubbles) are generated in the negative pressure zone. The bubbles in the positive pressure zone instantly close, releasing an instantaneous high-pressure shock wave of over 1000 atmospheres, which peels off the dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle.
2. Cleaning process
(1) Conveyor system: Bottles enter the cleaning tank sequentially through a linear conveyor belt to ensure continuous operation.
(2) Coarse washing and fine washing: The first station performs ultrasonic coarse washing, followed by spray rinsing, air flushing, injection water cleaning and other stations. Finally, it is spun dry and enters the sterilization process.
(3) Depth control: The lifting mechanism adjusts the immersion depth of the bottle in the cleaning solution, optimizing the cavitation range.
3. System control
The PLC program controls the conveying speed, ultrasonic power, and cleaning parameters. The circulating pump and filter maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning solution. Compressed air and injection water are used for air flushing and inner wall cleaning, respectively.
This design combines cavitation effect with automated processes to achieve efficient cleaning, especially suitable for scenarios such as beer bottles that require deep cleaning.
