1、 Pre operation inspection:
1. Check if there are any non production related debris on the workbench.
2. Check if all rotating parts have been lubricated.
3. Check if the power supply, CNC system, and their displays are functioning properly.
2、 Power on:
1. Remove the packaging machine components that have been cleaned, disinfected, and dried for sterilization.
2. Insert the spiral agitator into the feeder, fix it, turn on the power, turn on the "powder supply speed control" switch, and check if the powder feeding motor rotates normally. If there is any abnormal situation, adjust it again until it is normal.
3. Installation of packaging head:
(1) When installing the packaging head, the screws of the mixing device and screw should be tightened to prevent them from falling off halfway.
(2) When installing the screw, it is important to ensure that the screw and the outlet at the lower end of the packaging funnel are level. If they are too high or too low, it will affect the loading capacity. After installation, check if the distance between the screw and the funnel is even. If it is uneven, it needs to be adjusted again.
(3) After adjusting the packaging screw, packaging funnel, and sight glass cover, clamp the crocodile clip onto the fastening screws of the two powder dropping nozzles. Press the "Manual" button and check if the "Fault" light is on. If the light is on, it indicates that the shell has been touched. At this time, loosen the two screws under the funnel, adjust the funnel position until the light is off, and then tighten the screws.
4. Capacity adjustment:
Pour the medicine powder into the hopper, turn on the powder supply motor, and feed the medicine powder into the packaging funnel.
The amount of powder in the packaging funnel should be maintained at a certain level, generally exceeding 5-7cm of the packaging funnel. Adjust the "frequency" to adjust the speed of the packaging motor, and adjust the "steps" to change the packaging amount. The operation is shown in 4 and 5 CNC system operations.
5. Rotate the rubber plug oscillator button, open the vacuum valve, and check whether the rubber plug oscillator and locking plug are normal.
6. Put in an empty bottle, adjust the bottle head and stopper block to the position of the bottle mouth, and check if the bottle position detection is accurate.
7. Turn on the bottle feeding power switch, turn on the powder supply switch and mixing switch, press "Run" to start formal packaging, and be careful not to pour bottles into the packaging turntable.
3、 Shutdown:
1. After production is completed and all antibiotic bottles on the bottle tray are fully loaded, press the "stop" button to turn off the mixer, powder feeder, CNC system, bottle feeding, and main motor power.
2. Remove the packaging funnel, packaging screw, powder cover, and mixing device.
3. Remove the feeder.
4. The disassembled packaging components shall be cleaned and disinfected according to the cleaning and disinfection procedures for containers and utensils in the Class 10000 clean area.
