1、 Working principle
1. Mechanical Shear and Fluid Dynamics Interaction
The strong shear force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor (usually thousands to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute), combined with the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, subjects the material to a combination of hydraulic shear, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and other effects. This process cuts immiscible liquid, solid, or gas phases into micrometer to nanometer sized particles, forming a uniformly dispersed system.
2. Turbulence and high-frequency vibration assistance
After the material is thrown out at high speed in the rotating stator structure, it forms three-dimensional turbulent flow up and down through the directional device, enhancing the mixing effect. Some models also use high-frequency vibration to reduce material surface tension, accelerate intermolecular mass transfer, and improve emulsion stability.
3. Vacuum assisted processing
Some equipment is equipped with a vacuum system to synchronously remove bubbles during the emulsification process, avoiding oxidation or residual pores, and ensuring the density of the finished product.
2、 Core Features
1. Efficient homogeneous emulsification
It can achieve material refinement, dispersion, and emulsification in a short period of time (seconds to minutes), with particle sizes ranging from 200nm to 2 μ m.
2. Modular structural design
Adopting a multi-layer stator combination to adapt to different viscosity and dispersion requirements;
Optional heating, cooling, vacuum or pressurization modules are available to meet diverse process requirements.
3. Wide applicability
Compatible with liquid-liquid and liquid-solid systems, it is suitable for high-precision dispersion scenarios such as cosmetics lotion, food sauces, drug suspensions, etc.
4. Intelligent control
Support functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, real-time temperature monitoring, and timed operation to ensure precise and controllable process parameters.
3、 Typical application process
After preheating and stirring, the material is sucked into the emulsifying pot through vacuum suction → scraped and stirred to prevent sticking to the wall → refined by stator shear → vacuum defoaming → finished product discharge.
