Stainless steel reaction kettle refers to those reaction kettles that can be stirred and reacted under normal or negative pressure conditions according to usage requirements in a closed reactor under constant temperature conditions, and can perform reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. It is an ideal production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis. How should we maintain it in order to extend its service life and maintenance free period?
Daily maintenance of stainless steel reaction kettle:
① Before using this reaction vessel, carefully read the instructions, check the instruments, and inspect the vessel for any signs of damage. Before use, check and clean all interfaces of the reaction vessel. Ensure the normal functioning of all components in the reactor.
② Regularly check whether the motor reducer and coupling are loose and loose. And frequently turn on the power switch to let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make sure the machine is in a stopped state before turning off the switch.
③ Check the sealing ring of the reaction kettle for any damage and ensure that the shaft and sealing ring are smooth. The electrical part of the reaction vessel must not be submerged in water and must not be affected by moisture. When replacing parts for the reactor, it is necessary to use original parts produced by the factory. Using other parts indiscriminately can cause fatal damage to the machine.
In order to extend the service life of stainless steel reaction vessels, it is necessary to first cut off the power and water sources when performing any repairs or maintenance. At the same time, residual oil stains, dirt, and solvent residues must be cleaned after the use of the reaction vessel to maintain cleanliness.
