1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Cleaning after use: Immediately rinse the inner wall of the pipeline and emulsion head with clean water after each operation. High viscosity materials should be cleaned with specialized solvents to prevent residue solidification and blockage.
2. Seal inspection: Daily inspection of O-rings, mechanical seals, and other components. If wear or deformation is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid leakage.
3. Fastener inspection: Confirm that the pipeline connection bolts and mixing shaft fasteners are not loose, to prevent displacement caused by vibration during operation.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Lubrication management:
Apply designated lubricating grease (such as food grade silicone grease) to bearings and transmission components every week to avoid dry friction.
The automatic lubrication system needs to check the smoothness of the oil circuit, and the oil storage capacity of the oil pump should be maintained above the standard line.
2. Deep cleaning:
Dismantle the emulsifying head every month, clean the stubborn residues in the gap between the stator and rotor, and prevent a decrease in shear efficiency.
Check whether the inner wall of the pipeline is scaled, and if necessary, use acid washing or ultrasonic cleaning.
3. Electrical system inspection:
Clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet every quarter and check whether the wiring terminals are oxidized or loose.
Test the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure there is no risk of leakage.
3、 Long term storage and preventive maintenance
1. Storage environment: When the equipment is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture causing metal parts to rust.
2. Spare parts inventory for vulnerable parts: Establish a spare parts list based on the manual (such as sealing rings, bearings, synchronous belts) to shorten downtime due to malfunctions.
3. Annual major overhaul:
Thoroughly disassemble and inspect the wear of the spindle and bearings, and replace parts that exceed tolerances.
Calibrate control system parameters and optimize motion curves to improve emulsification accuracy.
4、 Precautions
1. Safe operation: Before maintenance, power must be cut off, pressure must be relieved, and warning signs must be hung.
2. Exception handling: If there is any abnormal noise or temperature during operation, immediately stop the machine and check the status of the bearings or motors.
Systematic maintenance can significantly extend the lifespan of equipment, and it is recommended to dynamically adjust the maintenance cycle based on equipment operation data (such as vibration monitoring).
