1、 Operation process
1. Preparation before startup
Check the circuit, heating pipeline, and lubrication status to confirm that there is no leakage or component abnormality;
Ensure that the sealing of the homogenization pot is intact and the vacuum pipeline valve is in the closed state;
Remove foreign objects from the pot and prepare the material in a fluid form. Do not directly add dry powder or clumped materials.
2. Run operation
Start sequence: Connect cooling water → low-speed stirring → vacuum suction material → gradually increase homogenization speed;
Temperature control: The stirring system should be turned on synchronously during heating to maintain a vacuum degree of ≤ 0.06MPa and prevent liquid boiling;
Safety regulations: Do not touch moving parts. In case of abnormal noise, immediately stop the machine and troubleshoot.
3. Shutdown process
Closing sequence: speed reset to zero → stop homogenization → close vacuum valve → cut off power → discharge finished product;
Cleaning requirements: Rinse the stator, rotor, and inner walls of the container with warm water to avoid material residue and crystallization.
2、 Maintenance points
1. Daily cleaning
Thoroughly clean the equipment after each assignment, with a focus on cleaning the working chamber, filter, and sealing surface;
When not in use for a long time, disassemble the components and clean and dry them to prevent corrosion or jamming.
2. Key component maintenance
Stator/rotor: Check the wear condition quarterly, and replace if the surface damage exceeds 0.5mm;
Mechanical seal: Monitor the leakage of the shaft seal, adjust the sealing pressure to no leakage;
Vacuum system: Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil and clean the intake filter element.
3. Lubrication management
Bearing grease injection: Inject high-temperature lubricating grease (30-50 ℃) every 500 hours through a dedicated oil injection hole;
Gearbox oil change: Change gear oil periodically according to the instructions, using N220 in summer and N150 in winter.
4. Electrical inspection
Test the insulation resistance of the motor every month (≥ 1M Ω) and check the reliability of the grounding wire;
In explosion-proof environments, corresponding levels of explosion-proof motors and control components should be used.
3、 Operation taboos
1. Prohibit idle operation, motor reverse or overload operation;
2. Prohibit hard foreign objects (such as metal shavings) from entering the working chamber;
3. Vacuum pumps are strictly prohibited from operating without oil or blocking the exhaust port.
By standardizing operations and system maintenance, equipment lifespan can be extended while reducing failure rates.
