Pipeline emulsifier is a common small-scale chemical equipment widely used in industries such as food, medicine, cosmetics, coatings, etc. In order to ensure the normal working condition of the pipeline emulsifier and extend the service life of the equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations during operation and carry out daily maintenance. 1、 Preparation before operation
1. Check if the workplace is clean and tidy, free of debris and debris.
2. Check if the power supply is grounded and if the switch is in the 'off' position.
3. Check if the discharge port is clean and place it in a trash can.
4. Check whether the pipeline is leaking or blocked.
5. Adjust the convex plate above the emulsifier to a suitable angle and place the material bucket in the well frame, ensuring that it is more than 800mm above the ground.
6. Check if the motor direction is correct and if the tachometer pointer is near zero.
7. Open the water valve and inject enough clean water into the impeller of the emulsifier.
2、 Operation steps
1. Packing: Add the material that needs to be emulsified into the material bucket and filter it with a mesh.
2. Start the mixer: Press the power switch, and the mixer will start mixing.
3. Add water: After the mixer has been running for a while, gradually add an appropriate amount of clean water until the liquid level reaches 6/7. Please note that you should wait until the water you added last time has completely dissolved before adding water to prevent incomplete dissolution.
4. Start emulsification: firmly install the material bucket in the well frame, start the motor, adjust the speed, open the emulsification water valve, maintain the appropriate concentration ratio, continuously adjust, and close the emulsification water valve and cleaning water valve after emulsification is completed.
3、 Shutdown preparation
1. Turn off the motor switch and stop stirring.
2. Turn on the discharge switch to completely empty the residual materials in the emulsifier.
3. Rinse the vibrating screen with clean water to confirm that there are no debris or residue on the floor and equipment.
4. Rinse the pipeline inside the emulsifier with clean water, wipe the impeller and pipeline with a soft bristled brush, and dry off any moisture.
5. Set up equipment defenses.
