Correct and standardized operating guidelines and maintenance methods can effectively extend the service life of emulsion tanks, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Today, the editor will take you to understand the operation and maintenance procedures of stainless steel emulsion tanks.
1、 Preparation work before operation
1. Check if there are flammable materials around the emulsification tank and clean them up in a timely manner.
2. Confirm that both the inside and outside of the emulsification tank have been cleaned and free of debris.
3. Check if the accessories and interfaces of the emulsion tank are complete and undamaged.
2、 Operation steps
1. Open the inlet valve of the emulsification tank and connect compressed air into the inlet to ensure that the pressure inside the emulsification tank is normal.
2. Open the exhaust valve of the emulsification tank, connect the exhaust port to the exhaust pipe, and exhaust the air inside the emulsification tank to ensure a vacuum state.
3. Turn on the mixer of the emulsification tank and add the substances to be prepared to the tank according to the formula ratio, paying attention to the order of addition and avoiding reactions and bubbles as much as possible.
4. Close the intake valve of the emulsification tank, re pressurize to the required pressure, and maintain stability.
5. Open the heating device of the emulsification tank, control the heating temperature and heating time to meet the preparation requirements.
6. After the preparation is completed, first turn off the heating device, then turn off the mixer, and finally close the exhaust valve to remove the material from the emulsification tank and clean the emulsification tank and its accessories.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly inspect the accessories of the emulsion tank, such as valves, pipelines, corrugated pipes, etc., and replace them promptly if any damage is found.
2. Regularly clean the interior of the emulsion tank using specialized cleaning agents or high-pressure water guns, and be careful not to damage the inner surface of the emulsion tank.
3. Check the mixer and heating device inside the emulsification tank, and promptly repair or replace any abnormal situations found.
4. Regularly calibrate the pressure gauge and thermometer inside the emulsification tank to ensure accurate operation.
