Step 1: Feed the bottle into the machine
The conveyor belt transports empty bottles to the interior of the high-speed oral liquid filling machine, preparing to start filling the liquid,
Step 2: Clean the bottle
Before filling, the bottle needs to be cleaned to avoid residue affecting the quality of the oral liquid. The high-speed oral liquid filling machine performs high-temperature and high-pressure cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization on the bottles.
Step 3: Filling Oral Liquid
The cleaned bottles enter the next workstation to be filled with oral liquid. During this process, the high-speed oral liquid filling machine draws the oral liquid from the drug storage tank into the bottle through specific pumps and pipelines.
Step 4: Squeeze in the mouth plug
The oral liquid bottle that has been filled enters the next workstation, and the barrel shaped stopper is squeezed into the bottle mouth to seal the oral liquid and protect it from external environmental influences.
Step 5: Seal the bottle mouth
After the mouth plug is squeezed in, the high-speed oral liquid filling machine seals the bottle cap through high temperature and high pressure to prevent the mouth plug from loosening or external environmental pollution.
Step 6: Labeling
After completing the above steps, the oral liquid bottle flows through the conveyor belt to the label attachment station, and the paper label is automatically attached to the bottle body.
Step 7: Packaging and outbound
After being processed at the above workstations, oral liquid bottles are finally packaged into finished products, stored and ready for sale.
