1. Feeding device
The feeding device fills the bottle as a whole by placing the container on a rotating disk. 2. Powder parameter controller
The powder parameter controller is a key component of the powder filling machine, whose main function is to automatically adjust the feed according to the nominal batch size, ensuring consistency in the measurement of the filling quantity. It can adjust the progress and running speed according to the design of the machine, develop various modes, and monitor in real-time during the filling process to ensure consistency in quality.
3. Vibration filling
Vibration filling is the technical name used in feeders. When filling the powder, it is impacted by vibration and gradually shrinks, making it more tightly packed into the bottle. The vibration is provided by the external force generated by the electric motor, which enables continuous filling.
4. Filling head
The filling head reduces the amount of feed by storing reverse suction, thereby ensuring the accuracy and precision of filling. At the same time, it is equipped with a gate execution function to control the movement of the powder and ensure that the filling head has at least one outlet to discharge the powder.
5. Bottled device
The bottling device of the powder filling equipment allows the use of bottles of different shapes and sizes, and regularly delivers pure bottles to the filling area. After filling, the bottling device sends the bottles back to the bottling area.
