The maintenance procedures for oral liquid filling and capping machines should be combined with equipment characteristics and industry standards. The following is a systematic operation guide:
1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and disinfection
After the end of daily production, dismantle the filling head, capping head, and parts in contact with the material, rinse the residual liquid with purified water, and wipe with 75% alcohol for disinfection.
The conveyor belt, track and other parts need to be cleaned of debris to avoid cross contamination.
2. Lubrication and fastening
Check the transmission chain, bearings and other moving parts every week, and replenish food grade lubricating oil (such as silicone grease).
Tighten loose screws and bolts to prevent component displacement caused by vibration.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Sealing system
Replace the sealing ring of the filling head every 3 months (made of corrosion-resistant material such as fluororubber), clean the sealing groove and apply silicone grease before installation.
Check the sealing of the pneumatic components (such as cylinders) of the capping machine, and replace the O-ring in case of air leakage.
2. Measurement calibration
Verify the filling accuracy monthly, ensuring an error of ≤ ± 1% by adjusting the pump speed or replacing worn measuring valves.
3、 Safety operation standards
1. Check before startup
Confirm that the power supply is grounded, the air source pressure is stable (0.5-0.7MPa), and there are no leaks in the pipeline.
Run 3-5 bottles without load and observe whether the tightness of the cap and the filling liquid level meet the standards.
2. Fault handling
If the bottle body tilts or leaks during operation, immediately press the emergency stop button to check for alignment of the track or blockage of the filling head.
4、 Periodic deep maintenance
1. Quarterly maintenance
Disassemble and clean the hydraulic system, replace the hydraulic oil, and filter out impurities.
Check the insulation of electrical circuits and replace aging cables.
2. Long term shutdown treatment
If the shutdown exceeds 48 hours, the liquid in the pipeline should be drained, covered with a dust cover, and thoroughly disinfected for any parts that come into contact with the material.
5、 Recording and Training
1. Establish an equipment maintenance ledger to record the content of each maintenance, replacement of parts, and troubleshooting.
2. Operators need to undergo GMP standard training to master emergency shutdown and basic troubleshooting skills.
