1、 Safe operation
1. Before operation, please ensure that the equipment is grounded and check if the equipment circuit is normal.
2. Do not throw foreign objects into the machine during operation to prevent affecting the filling quality.
3. Please wear protective equipment, especially goggles, masks, etc., when using.
4. If any abnormal situation is found in the machine, please stop the machine immediately and seek professional personnel for inspection and maintenance.
5. In case of emergency, immediately press the emergency stop button.
2、 Preparation before filling
1. Reasonably plan production plans and pre calculate the filling volume of liquids.
2. Connect the machine to the power supply and turn on the machine plug switch.
3. Place the liquid to be filled into the material cylinder of the filling machine and tighten the cylinder cover.
4. Install the bottle or other container.
3、 Filling operation
1. Turn on the power switch on the machine operation panel.
2. Enter the quantity or weight to be filled on the control panel.
3. Start the machine on the control panel
4. Press the electric eye detector to start the filling machine.
5. Waiting for the filling machine to complete the filling process.
6. Wait for the machine to stop running.
4、 Cleaning after filling
1. After filling, please clean any remaining liquid promptly. Be careful not to leave cleaning solution inside the machine.
2. Put all residual liquids and waste into special trash cans.
