2. System configuration: Although the equipment that determines the effectiveness of the air powder is the air powder machine, the normal operation of the air powder machine is determined by the system configuration. The system configuration is reasonable, and the air powder machine can operate normally; If the system configuration is small, it will cause blockage and pressure increase, which will seriously affect the normal operation of the air powder machine and prevent it from achieving good results; If the system configuration is large, it will cause waste; Therefore, a reasonable and economical system configuration should be selected based on production requirements.
3. Steam quality: The working fluid for air flow pulverization is superheated steam. If the steam quality does not meet the pulverization requirements, it will seriously affect the quality of air powder. The general requirement for steam in a gas powder machine is: pressure 1 6~2. 0MPa, The temperature is 290 ° C; Between C and 310C. If the temperature and pressure are lower than the requirements, it will cause low impact kinetic energy, decreased crushing force, insufficient system heat, and materials that are prone to moisture, which will affect the crushing effect, block the system, and prevent it from operating normally. If the temperature and pressure are too high, it will cause damage to the equipment inside the system.
4. Process control: The airflow pulverization requires stable and continuous operation, and the fluctuations of steam and feed rate should be controlled within a certain range. Adjustments must be made slowly, and sudden changes in size are strictly prohibited. In addition, once the air powder system is functioning properly, it should maintain continuous operation and avoid frequent starting and stopping. Furthermore, when driving or parking, one should strictly follow the operating procedures.
5. System monitoring: In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, necessary monitoring equipment must be installed in a reasonable location of the system, so as to make timely adjustments according to changes in the situation.
