2、 Operation preparation
1. Before operation, check whether there is any looseness or malfunction in the various parts of the ultrafine airflow crusher. If found, the machine should be shut down for maintenance in a timely manner.
2. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the internal materials of the ultrafine airflow crusher have been cleaned. Clean airflow can be used to blow the pneumatic conveying pipeline to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment.
3. Before operation, protective equipment such as helmets, earplugs, goggles, gloves, dust masks, etc. should be worn.

3、 Operation precautions

4、 Urgent handling
1. When equipment failure or other abnormal situations occur, the power should be immediately cut off and maintenance personnel should be promptly reported for handling.
2. When an accident occurs inside the equipment, the operator should immediately stop the equipment and quickly evacuate from the vicinity of the equipment.
